The Right Pressure for Every Surface
Not every surface should be blasted. Vinyl siding, painted trim, and shingles need a low-pressure soft wash that kills mold and mildew at the root without forcing water behind panels or stripping paint. Concrete, brick, and steel can take more pressure. We match the method to the surface so it comes out clean and undamaged.
Before we start, we wet down landscaping, cover outlets and light fixtures, and walk the property with you if you’re home. When we finish, we rinse everything down and leave the place the way we found it, only cleaner.

What’s the difference between power washing and soft washing?
Power washing uses high-pressure water to clean hard surfaces like concrete, brick, and equipment. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to kill mold, mildew, and algae on siding, roofs, and painted surfaces that high pressure could damage.
Will the cleaning solution hurt my plants or grass?
We soak landscaping with water before and after we clean and rinse thoroughly, which protects plants and lawns.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Usually not. We just need access to the areas being cleaned. We’ll confirm the details when we schedule.
